"No, if you don't. Maybe, if you do."

Bio
As a higher education professional, I actively guide and support young adults as they navigate the intricate path of adulthood. This journey encompasses their transition into the professional world, their development of self-advocacy skills, and their transformation into fearless, intentional individuals.
In addition to my role in public service, I am a Doctoral Candidate in the Urban Education- Policy and Leadership track at the CUNY Graduate Center. Prior to my time at the Graduate Center, I earned my Master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University. My professional experiences, which include working with preschools and higher education institutions, have reinforced the notion of an opportunity gap. This has contributed to my sense of urgency to be a catalyst for change.
Education:
B.A., M.A., M.Phil., Doctoral Candidate
I created 'No, if you don't Maybe, if you do' with the primary aim of fostering self-reflection and progressing towards inner peace. As an educator, I've consistently placed reflection at the core of my daily practices. At times, this introspection leads me to cherish moments when I've found joy, experienced deep laughter, or simply lost myself in the beauty of music. On other occasions, reflection equips me with the right words to navigate challenging situations.
Above all, I advocate for positivity, self-acceptance, and the act of prioritizing oneself. Our most significant battles often revolve around maintaining resilience when we feel utterly drained. The prompts within this journal draw from my own personal experiences and thoughts. Each prompt has served a distinct purpose in propelling me forward on my journey.
My sincere hope is that by sharing this journal with you, it can inspire and guide you toward a path of healing and self-discovery.
